Notion can act as a request provider: database pages become requests. Access is opt-in per page.

  1. Decide which pages and databases Dave should see. It can only ever access what you share in the next step.

  2. In Dave, go to Integrations → Add integration → Notion. A popup opens on Notion.

  3. Approve Dave and select those pages and databases. This is the access boundary.

  4. Configure Request routing to pick the database requests come from.

Notion models everything as database properties, so the configuration is property-based.

  1. In Notion, open the database and note its title property (the column holding the page name, Name by default). Check it has a Status or Select property for state — if not, add one.

  2. In Dave, open the connection → Request routing.

  3. Pick the Database, Title property and Status property. If the database is missing from the dropdown it was not shared — use Connect again and add it.

  4. Map each status value to a Dave request status, then Save changes.

Comments on the page flow into the request.

Import tickets lists matching pages Dave is not tracking yet and opens a request for each you select.
